Join Ben Ashworth and Alex Wolf for our one day in-person learning opportunity with a Collision / Contact athlete focus hosted at the awesome facilities at Meyer Institute of Sport.
An 8.5-hour in-person shoulder course for PTs, S&C coaches and other allied health professional practitioners. The course supports individuals working with athletes recovering from injury or surgery, and the preparation for an appropriate level of shoulder demand to enable safe and effective return to full function. Underpinned by evidence and elite sport experience, the course exposes the learner to;
• Objective framework, testing and training models, principles and skills.
• Evidence-based training solutions to identified problems
Frameworks for setting clear goals and objectively monitoring athletes through;
A) the process of return to performance after injury or surgery, or B) as part of a longer-term athletic development plan.
