THROWING HANDBOOK

The Return to Contact / Collision Performance Handbook is a criteria-based framework guiding athletes, coaches, and clinicians through the rehab to performance journey. Structured across five stages, it outlines what to test, how to progress, and the standards required at each phase, providing a clear pathway back to contact performance. Developed in collaboration with Richie Gray, it bridges the gap between rehab and the real demands of sport.
